Private Pay RATES AND INSURANCE

Private pay sessions offer the fastest route to services and support. If you choose to use insurance, please check your benefits carefully by calling your insurance providers phone number on the back of your insurance card.

Is Counseling Right for me ?

Psychotherapy has been shown to be helpful for many issues, there are no guarantees about treatment outcomes or what you will experience. My goal is to support you during this process in hopes of improving quality of life.

Currently I am a licensed provider on the following insurance panels:

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY ?

Fees are due at the beginning of each session. Cash, Check, Visa, Pay Pal are accepted forms of payment.

WHAT IS TELEHEALTH ?

Telehealth is a mode of delivering health care services via secure and encrypted technology to enable the consultation, treatment, education, care management and self-management of patients at a distance from health care providers. Current regulation require special circumstances for telehealth services.

IS COUNSELING CONFIDENTIAL?

Contents of all therapy sessions are considered to be confidential. Both verbal information and written records about a client cannot be shared with another party without the written consent of the client or the client’s legal guardian. Noted exceptions are as follows.

Insurance Providers/Billing
Duty to Warn and Protect
Abuse of Children and Vulnerable Adults
Prenatal Exposure to Controlled Substances
Minors/Guardianship

Simply go to the FORMS page on this website. Print out 3 documents. Fill out these documents and bring to session with questions.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?

If you cancel your appointment a 24-hour notice is required.
